Check ur primary email address in your Recipient policy since when the receiving end checking the sending domain name it could not verify the internal mail domain since u r using different domain internally. SBS2003 R2 running Exchange: I need to increase the size of a mailbox above 2G (I know there are admin issues with >2G but needs must). If I try and increase the mailbox size setting on the user account or mailbox store properties etc I get a max 2G warning dialogue! Is this due to using cache'd mode? Hi Guys, I have a business that is merging with another business. Eventually everyone is going to be on a new domain, but for the time being I have to do something to bridge the gap. Both customers are running Windows 2003 with Exchange servers. They are buying a new domain for email, and I was going to link both domains using a trust over a vpn. My problem is that a few clients complain that sometimes content of random folders disappears and if they change between folders or arrange them differently they come back. I have an issue where there is a user account that has multiple alias emails.(reservations@domain.com, info@domain.com, CustomerService@domain.com) I have an exchange 2003 server. Hi Our Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is running on Windows Server 2003 SP1. Six weeks ago, the C drive has about 115GB free space. Now, it has about 15GB. This is rather unusual because the server has never consumed so much space so fast. I checked on various folders and found that the bulk of space used is in the System Volume Information folder. There are 7 files totalling 150GB.

When setting up the mail, I get to the point where it finds the users email address but fails to log on to the server. The following error is reported. Hi Running CCR Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2008 with ArcServe backup software configured to backup Exchange database (mailbox-level backup). XP with Outlook 2003 SP3 and Exchange 2003 SP2. A user's login ID is TRISD and it's the same as his Exchange alias. When he typed in TRISD in cc: and click on Check Name it was resolved. Can a telnet test get us on a DNS blacklist? It appears that several hours after I did a telnet (on port 25) session to test connectivity to client's mail server, my mail server public IP address got on DNS blacklists (Spamhaus and CBL). If this is true, we can no longer do connectivity test without worrying about getting blacklisted.

Hi, i need some advise with regards to OWA 2007. 1. I cant seem to find a way to Display the heading for From, Subject, Received Size etc. for my Inbox. I could sort by Date, Conversation, From, To, Size, Subject etc. by clicking on "Arrange By" but however the heading seems not coming up. What happens when auto-archive items is enabled on client with Outlook 2007 ? Are these items saved in First Storage Group ? What happened to me is that a newly formatted client, searching for very very old mail, didn't find them. Does auto-archiving items move mail locally to the client and delete them from server ?
