Check ur primary email address in your Recipient policy since when the receiving end checking the sending domain name it could not verify the internal mail domain since u r using different domain internally. When they hit reply the default email domain after @ is still the internal and could not be delivered from outside.

Our Exchange Server 2003 SP2 is running on Windows Server 2003 SP1. Six
weeks ago, the C drive has about 115GB free space. Now, it has about 15GB.
This is rather unusual because the server has never consumed so much space
so fast.
I checked on various folders and found that the bulk of space used is in the
System Volume Information folder. There are 7 files totalling 150GB.
I want to setup a SERVER side rule that will strip an attachment of an
incoming message and place it in a server directory. Anyone done this? I am

When setting up the mail, I get to the point where it finds the users email
address but fails to log on to the server. The following error is reported.

Running CCR Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2008 with ArcServe backup
software configured to backup Exchange database (mailbox-level backup).
After backup finished successfuly the transaction log files on Exchange
server don't get deleted, so we have for more that 6 monts log files that
