Hi Our server is an Exchange 2003, and OWA is fine with most browser (especially IE). Some of our users have MAC at home. They can access OWA using Safari, but their experience is less than user-friendly; that is, they can't do ctrl+k to have the address filled in. What options do they have ? Install a different browser ? Thanks Steve

The machines are both xp pro sp3 and they are connecting to an exchange 2003 sp2 server. If i hit retry it works instantly. Any help would be appreciated!

I subscribe to a third party Microsoft Exchange 2007 service and according to them I've sucessfully set up my 8830 for the service (at least according to the Exchange server). I can see emails in the inbox, send/recieve and I can see all my subfolders, but I can not access any email in the subfolders. Is this just a limitation of Exchange/Blackberry, is there something I need to do on

Hi We are using Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 platform. We found that any user can edit the memebership of any Distribution / Security groups through Outlook. We checked the permission in Domain and also for some of the groups and no where we mentioned Write Group permission, for testing we denied Write group for a particular group, but still he can able to edit all group

Hello All, We are running Exch 2003 SP2 with Outlook 2007 SP2 clients and are looking to permission a shared mailbox (not PF) let's call Support so that a specific user can access this Support mailbox via OWA, send as Support, but not delete anything. In AD, the specific user does not have Mailbox rights, but in Outlook, I have added Publishing editor to Outlook today (top level)

My wife accesses her work email from home via Firefox 2 on OS 10.4.11. The server is Exchange and she uses the web access. She hasn't bookmarked all of her addresses and has several she accesses from what I think is a "recently used" list that comes up when she types the first letter(s) of the address she's looking for. For instance, if she types "m" in the "To:" text box she'll get a

This is a tricky one, we've had a total of three different folks try to figure this out to no avail... There is an issue that crops up intermittently when trying to send and PDF file through email. I have an executive assistant that deleted an an executive's appointment (recurring appointment if I recall) by mistake. Going back to the Calendar view and selecting Edit does not show an Undo option (she has done other tasks since doing this). I checked in her Deleted Items, as well as the Deleted Items in the user's mailbox just to be sure, and there is nothing there. I

THis is very anoying. All "calendar communication" involving recurring meetings we must handle manually. We are really looking forward to get this fixed. Hi All! In Exchange 2007 documentation about how to Recover Quarantined Messages from the Spam Quarantine Mailbox I found the method using Outlook 2007 only. Is there a way to Recover Quarantined Messages from Quarantine Mailbox using Outlook 2003? Thank you in advance, Alex

Hi All, in our company we are using Outlook Web Access to read our email. A few months ago I formatted my own PC and started using Windows 7 instead of Windows XP. Whenever I'm trying to open an attachment in any of the Microsoft Office formats (Office 2007) it prompts for my username and password. I figured this was some configuration problem on my side, but didn't take any action
