We are in the process of testing a migration of Exchange 2003 SP2 on
Win 2000 SP4 to a new server which will be Exch 2003 SP2 on Win 2003
SP2. All mailboxes/public folders/connectors have moved/replicated/
changed to the new server and users have had a number of weeks to
logon so that their Outlook 2002 SP3 clients pick up the new location
of their mailbox.

However, after uninstalling Exchange from the old server, the same
clients that are connected to the new Exchange server and still are,
are searching for the old server on startup. To remedy this, the
maibox settings are re-entered and then Outlook starts correctly.
