u shuld convert ur ost file into pst file first using sum third party software, try kernel for ost to pst i hav used dis software it wrks perfectly for me. u can download demo version frm dis url

The link they have in there points to nothing, and the main thing that
pops up when searching for this is an old Office 2002 SP1 fix for OST
files that are too large.

But I am using Office 2007 and my OST file is only 415 MB or so.

Any suggestions?
