Outlook 2007

My contacts are displayed in e new form that looks different from the form
that I was used to in previous versions of Outlook. In this form the Notes
text box is moved over to the right and an automatic business card id
displayed above it. Looking at properties for my contacts folder the form
used is IPM.Contact.

However when I attempt to design this form it loads as the old style Outlook
form with the Notes text box across the bottom.

I have also tried adding a new contact and while I have the form open -
which is the new style form - I select Developer > Design this Form and as
soon as the form designer is loaded the form appears in the old style.

What am I doing wrong?
