Hi I am running BCM 2007 (German), with Outlook (German). In the "Aktuelle Ansicht", I have options for both "[Address Cards]" and "[Adresskarten]". The same goes for every item in the list. Each pair do exactly the same thing. Can I get rid of these somehow? How come BCM is showing both languages? Any help much appreciated.

I set up a filter in BCM which was wrong and so I went to View-current view then click Customize Current View. Click Filter. Click Clear All. which is fine but if I went to mail and returned, I found the filter had re-applyed itself. In fact if I search for a contact, then want to go back to the full list, I find again that the filter has re-applyed! Very frustrating! Any

It shouldn't create a new marketing campaign. All it should do is take the contact info and the minute you click on the button, it should open the word document, do a mail merge of either the one contact or all the contacts selected and finish the merge opening the letters to be edited. The fact that it opens the marketing campaign is this issue. At that point, do a mail merge is easier.

Hi.. I'm using OL BCM 2007, with all updates, from a shared database. The problem is that when I email from within any business contact, no history item is created as it should be.
