I use outlook for work, but most of my work is done out in the field. It would be great if I could get texted those alerts as a notification on the computer does me no good unless I go to the computer prior to my appointment. 1. I don't have e-mail on the phone. 2) I can text myself the appointment via myphonenumber@vtext.com, but I don't want it texted immediately, I want it texted say, 30

Kernel for Outlook PST Repair Software is one such effective utility that can repair MS Outlook PST file instantly. The key aspect of this software is its ability to perform a detail scanning. In fact, during the entire procedure of recovering the required data, the tool performs a complete scanning of the damaged PST file and revives the lost emails. Recovered emails are then listed in a tree

Hi Gang In setting up the attendees for a meeting, is there a way to be told when the first available timeslot is for all members you are trying to add to a meeting? I know I can use the Scheduling Assitant but that still takes a lot of time scanning everyone's available time. I am invited to many recurring meetings. For some reason I have yet to determine, on some of these recurring meetings, Outlook treats me as though I am the organizer ("Cancel Meeting", "Send Update", "Add or Remove Attendees") even though I did not schedule the meeting and the "Scheduling" tab shows the correct person as "Meeting Organizer" and me as "Required Attendee" like the others.

FYI- You can NOT remove or change the text of the organizer in the table views (such as view by Category). Also, to view a field that doesn't currently show, you can right click on the currently shown fields and pick "Field Chooser" and then add Organizer there. But what Tina is probably asking for (and what I want as well) is a way to delete the data from the Organizer name so it doesn't

I've seen similar discussions, but the resolution is to install Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. However, we're experiencing this on Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010.
