Kernel for Outlook PST Repair Software is one such effective utility
that can repair MS Outlook PST file instantly. The key aspect of this
software is its ability to perform a detail scanning. In fact, during
the entire procedure of recovering the required data, the tool performs
a complete scanning of the damaged PST file and revives the lost emails.
Recovered emails are then listed in a tree
Outlook automatically deletes invite emails to conference calls when I
"accept" the appointment. I need the info in those emails. So I have to
go to the deleted files and move them back into my in box. How do I
stop this nasty habit of Outlook's? (Makes me wonder about the idiots
who created this program.)

Hi Gang
In setting up the attendees for a meeting, is there a way to be told
when the first available timeslot is for all members you are trying to

I am invited to many recurring meetings. For some reason I have yet to determine, on some of these recurring meetings, Outlook treats me as though I am the organizer ("Cancel Meeting", "Send Update", "Add or Remove Attendees") even though I did not schedule the meeting and the "Scheduling" tab shows the correct person as "Meeting Organizer" and me as "Required Attendee" like the others.
Is it possible to set up the navigation pane such that indenting of
sub-folders is prevented. I have a fairly deep structure and too much
screen space is lost by indentation. Thanks
FYI- You can NOT remove or change the text of the organizer in the table views (such as view by Category). Also, to view a field that doesn't currently show, you can right click on the currently shown fields and pick "Field Chooser" and then add Organizer there. But what Tina is probably asking for (and what I want as well) is a way to delete the data from the Organizer name so it doesn't

I'm the organiser of a recurrent meeting and I would like to reschedule one
day. When I open the meeting from my calendar, it says I'm the organiser, but
I cannot send updates/cancellations. How should I proceed?
User1 is using Outlook 2003. When any user tries to send user1 a meeting
request, user1 receives it, BUT any user sending the meeting request gets a
message back (delivery failure) saying that ANOTHER user's address isn't
recognized. Now, this unrecognized user address is a user whos account was
disabled and her mailbox removed. This user once had permissions to User1's
calendar.
I want to create a calendar template so that I can avoid retyping my
conference call details in the location field everytime I create a new
invite. How do I do this?
I am getting below error "The Property does not exist. The field you want to

'FORWARD" from my Meetin request to another person. I am not able to send the
meeting request.
Just bought an iPhone and trying to find a way to have the calendar show
different colors for several different types of events as I was able to do on
my treo. I can do that in Outlook but it is not transferred to the iPhone
that way. I want to be able to see the events or at least the color on the
month view on the iPhone. The iPhone calendar shows a dot only on the month

I've seen other posts about this same issue, but have yet to see a solution. A meeting organizer who has set up a meeting on behalf of her boss is now unable to reschedule that meeting. Hi
I'm using Outook 2003.
I have had a repeating 1hr appointment every Thursday (since April
2010) with no end date.
When I do a search for the item, the resulting list view shows every
appointment but only up to Jan 27th.
However if I go into a day, week or month view I see all the repeating
entries after 27th Jan.
The text I search for is the same in the all entries.
Every time I synch my Blackberry, it wants to delete all past appointments.
I need to keep this information - how do I set this up? I've already changed
the option on the blackberry to keep appointments forever, but I don't see
where you do that with outlook 2003.
Does anyone have a solution to the previous post? I have found myself in the same situation. Or did the original person that posted this situation identify a work around?
Thanks!

5 - Search for entry
6 - When found delete it (ignore error)

We noticed that in Outlook 2010 you can open someone else's calendar even

Is there a way to disable this feature?
