Hi there! I was having EXACTLY the same issue. Check the link below, they have an add-on called "ws.repeat appointment" that seems to address the issue, but it's not free. Can text wrap? I want to get the entire title of my event in the window so that when I print it my boss can see the title and know what it is. How is that possible without changing the size of the text. There is nothing else on that date but it cuts off the text and one line. Can I change the size of the 'lable' box?

Is there a way to clear all historic calendar entries. If there is a recurring meeting that some have happened in the past and there are still some meetings that haven't happened.....will the future meetings be deleted? Can you choose just to clear "some" entries?

A bit more research and if you create a distribution list with the rooms in them, then a new field appears in the room finder of Outlook. A drop down where you can select the dist list and that is supposed to populate the Rooms Avaialble box. So, if you have multiple buildings you can easily select the rooms in a building to view.

I have Outlook 2010 running against Exchange 2010. I have my conference rooms as Room mailboxes. They do not show up in the Available Rooms automatically. The only way to get them to show up is to add them like you would people to the invite. Then they show up and then you can select which room to use based upon the best time for the meeting for all attendees. Very disappointed since I

I moved an email to my Calendar and set up a weekdays recurring Reminder at 1 pm. Now when I open the Reminder "this occurrence" the body of the Reminder message is blank - however when I open "the series", the body correctly contains the message that was in the email. I would like to see the Reminder message in "this occurrence ". Any help please?

In my previous version of Outlook I used to have at least two months displayed in the top left corner under "Calendar". So in the large pane on the left would be the current month I selected (or week, etc.) and in the top left corner would be the current month plus the next month displayed below it both very small. In MS Office Outlook, how do you push all calendar entries forward a week, starting from today forwards only; so that a week becomes clear. 99% of my calendar entries are recurring 4 weekly events, and I just need to free up a clear week. Do I REALLY have to open EVERY entry, end the recurrence for EACH one, then do a new one for EVERY one of them, with new recurrence starting dates?

I am using Windows 7 and Office 2010. When I was using Office 2007, I was able to print my monthly Outlook calendar using the Calendar Printing Assistant. Before I download the add-in, will it work in Outlook 2010? I can't seem to find a definite answer. Thanks.

I read the posts regarding how to adjust the number of weeks showing in a monthly calendar view, but how do I print these? My Print Preview defaults to 6 weeks which cuts off some events; I prefer printing 5 weeks so a complete month is printed with the prior months lead up days and the few days following. An original meeting request was sent to 4 people on May 20th. One of the four forwarded it to a 5th person on May 21st. The sender was notified that the request was forwarded to another person. NOw on the orignal meeting request it shows that 5th person's email address. It makes it look as if the person was orignally invited when they were not. This is causing some conflict in the

I am trying to print my monthly calender. The printer has the A4 paper in portrait, the page setup has a portrait or landscape setting but selecting 'landscape' makes no difference to the printing which produces only part of the calender in portrait. How do I make it print in landscape?

Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 I have unticked the default reminder box under Tools | Options | Calendar. If I now send an Appointment or Meeting Request no reminder is put in, but if I receive an Appointment or Meeting Request that has no reminder it is saved with a reminder 15 minutes before (or whatever my default reminder time was before I unticked the default reminder box). - Hi All, Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2003 I just setup Auto Archiving to move everything older than 1 day into my Archive PST. I did NOT want the calendar items to be archived. I hope someone can help. In my outlook calendar I have a reoccurring event (daily) that I add information to, usually on a daily basis.
