Outlook is showing everybody's availablilty as "no information" - is there a way to get free/busy info to book a meeting over a month in advance? Thanks, Kim

For some people who accepted the invitation, the WHEN date is set for 25th May (the date the invitation was actually sent out) which is incorrect. It should say 1st June on their calenders but does not. But there are some other people who got the invitation who have the correct date, 1st June. Can anyone

I have connected outlook 2003 with my hotmail account. When I change the timing of an existing appointment (e.g. 26 May 2010 old time 1600 hrs, new time 1700 hrs) in the Outlook 2003 calendar and press send/receive (F9), the new time moves back to 12 hrs and the same appointment is now displayed in 26 May 2010 but at 0500 hrs.

'WorkGroup Calendar' should do the job. It automatically merge(syncronize) all calendars within Outlook into one (main) calendar. I don't know if it has notification feature. Hello, User can not view her own calendar. The right pane says folder can not be displayed. Also, there is no checkbox next to her "My Calendar" only a small calendar icon. In addition, if she opens a shared calendar (also just has calendar icon, no checkbox), she can then go back to her calendar that now has a checkbox and open it. I don't understand why she has to go through all of these

I have Outlook 2007 and I sync with my Nokia phone using OVI software. Over the last few weeks items I have marked PRIVATE within Outlook calendar have changed and are no longer marked PRIVATE when I look at them. This doesn't happen to all items or the same ones each time, only some. Synching doesn't seem to affect this but I don't know. I have the lates service pack for Outlook. --

The Outlook security configuration to Disable Internet Calendard Integration it a nice concept but goes too far. Rather than just blocking or unregistering the Webcal protocol, this setting also blocks any importing of ICS/VCS files. This makes Outlook seem silly by allowing you to Export an event but can't Import an event. If Internet Calendars are really a threat then please
