Hi,
Using Outlook 2003:
We're trying to book a meeting that is over a month in advance (i.e. todays
date is 28 May, we want to book a meeting in July).
Outlook is showing everybody's availablilty as "no information" - is there a
way to get free/busy info to book a meeting over a month in advance?
Thanks,
Kim
Hi,
Have a user who sent an invitation to other people for the 1st June. For
some people who accepted the invitation, the WHEN date is set for 25th May
(the date the invitation was actually sent out) which is incorrect. It should
say 1st June on their calenders but does not. But there are some other people
who got the invitation who have the correct date, 1st June.
Can anyone
I have a user who is experiencing a strange, annoying and embarrassing issue
where invitations of a few past, completed meetings (as in 3 months past!)
are being sent out to invitiees, including internal attendees and our
customer invitees up to several times a day.
She is also receiving reminders over and over of these meetings, though she
says she already dismissed them in the past,
I have connected outlook 2003 with my hotmail account. When I change the
timing of an existing appointment (e.g. 26 May 2010 old time 1600 hrs, new
time 1700 hrs) in the Outlook 2003 calendar and press send/receive (F9), the
new time moves back to 12 hrs and the same appointment is now displayed in 26
May 2010 but at 0500 hrs.
I get a message saying that file BJABLR32.dll is missing when syncing iphone
with outlook 2003. I am not sure if this is an outllook issue or an itunes
one. It used to work fine until a week ago.? related to itunes update but
nothing in itunes help availableto fix sync of calendars.
I have a separate calendar for my uni studies to my default calendar.
How do I get the uni calendar details to appear on Outlook Today with my
default calendar details?
I am looking to provide a daily agenda for my myself so co-workers can see
what is being worked on and by who. Any help is appreciated.
Is there a way to have the program search for duplicate entries and remove
them?
When I attempt to remove a participant from a reoccuring meeting, it still
sends updates to all attendees even when I select "send updates to only
added/deleted attendees". What am I doing wrong?
'WorkGroup Calendar' should do the job. It automatically
merge(syncronize) all calendars within Outlook into one (main) calendar.
I don't know if it has notification feature. Anyway you can check that

Hello,
User can not view her own calendar. The right pane says folder can not
be displayed. Also, there is no checkbox next to her "My Calendar" only
a small calendar icon. In addition, if she opens a shared calendar (also
just has calendar icon, no checkbox), she can then go back to her
calendar that now has a checkbox and open it. I don't understand why
she has to go through all of these

So you want something like every 10th work/week day? That's not
possible in
I have Outlook 2007 and I sync with my Nokia phone using OVI software.
Over the last few weeks items I have marked PRIVATE within Outlook
calendar have changed and are no longer marked PRIVATE when I look at
them.
This doesn't happen to all items or the same ones each time, only some.
Synching doesn't seem to affect this but I don't know. I have the
lates service pack for Outlook.

I need it to go higher.
Is there a way to customize the drop down to indicate the correct day number?

No. Users will need to delete it from their calendar themselves.

The Outlook security configuration to Disable Internet Calendard Integration
it a nice concept but goes too far. Rather than just blocking or
unregistering the Webcal protocol, this setting also blocks any importing of
ICS/VCS files. This makes Outlook seem silly by allowing you to Export an
event but can't Import an event. If Internet Calendars are really a threat

I have recently taken over the position of Secretary for several people. The
previous secretary had deleted a recurring meeting from the organizer's

out cancellations now?
Hi - I am using Outlook 2003.
Is there a way to retrieve and view archived calendar items? If so, can
someone let me know how this is done?
Thanks, Anna

Do you have 2 copies of the appointment?
See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/cleanreminder.asp for methods
that may work since cleanreminders didn't.

I am no longer able to manage my Exchange calendar delegates (add, remove,

Any idea why?

How can I print Calendar in 15minute increments please?
How can I remove the weeks at the far left when printing a monthly calendar?
Having the weeks makes it so that the time of meetings does not show when
printing a monthly calendar. Except for the very short abbreviations, there
is not enough space to show the time of the meeting.

We have a few issues here where calendars aren’t syncing.
The issue we have is where if offline folders are setup and you change a
calendar name it won’t appear. We also have issues (I am guessing they are
linked) where we put changes on a calendar and they don’t sync to the server
so no one can see the appointment.
Is there a known fix I could see anything in any other
Any chance that 2010 Outlook will add calendar wrapping back in? There are

it wraps? Does anyone know why this was removed? Susan

Did you delete it? If so, go to your deleted items folder and put it

How do I sync a shared Outlook calendar with my own Outlook calendar? We are
using Outlook 2003 - my office has an "office" calendar, and I have my own
outlook personal calendar. I would like to have it so that when something is
entered into the "office" calendar, it will automatically sync into my
personal calendar.
Thanks

I know in Outlook 2003 that I had to open each response to a meeting request,
while the "sent" copy was still in my system-level folders, in order for the
reponses to be tracked.
In 2007, I believe the change is I don't actually have to open them, but I'm
fairly certain the sent copy still has to be in my system folders (as opposed
to in a Personal or Archive Folder).

Like some other folks, and being somewhat naive, I thought that I
could create a recurring meeting and then go in an individually modify
a single instance of that meeting to add details on what was happening
for that specific session.
I think I now realize that this is a bad plan as it can lead to data
corruption, and/or the notes for individual sessions can get lost if

We have a handful of users supporting VP's, and have editor permissions to

reflect on their calendar. We believe this started happening after a
migration from Office 2003 to Office 2007. In that same timeframe, we

You'd need to use VBA to do this - its not something outlook can do on
its own.

version combined Saturday and Sunday into a single day block. After reading
many of the postings, it is apparent that this feature has been omitted from

As an alternative, is there a way to differentiate the weekend days from the
