I've seen similar discussions, but the resolution is to install
Update Rollup 4 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1. However, we're
experiencing this on Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010.
Problem: create an all-day event with no reminder, and invite an
attendee. The attendee always gets a reminder pop-up, even if they
uncheck "default reminders" in file/options/calendar/calendar options.
It appears that this was a bug in 2007, was patched, but has returned in
2010. Any fix ideas out there other than our current "just live with it"
plan?
