Just bought an iPhone and trying to find a way to have the calendar show
different colors for several different types of events as I was able to do on
my treo. I can do that in Outlook but it is not transferred to the iPhone
that way. I want to be able to see the events or at least the color on the
month view on the iPhone. The iPhone calendar shows a dot only on the month

Hi
I'm using OL2010.
Ive set up a shared Internet calender so that a colleague can view it.
I don't use Exchange server so I publish it to Microsoft Office Online

Is it possible for my colleague to add or alter entries in the shared
calendar or is it view only?
Thanks

I've seen other posts about this same issue, but have yet to see a solution. A meeting organizer who has set up a meeting on behalf of her boss is now unable to reschedule that meeting. She sees the meeting as if she is an attendee of the meeting even though it states she is the organizer. Using Outlook 2003. Please help. Thanks!
After synchronizing my desktop and PDA, my recurring calendar events
multiplied, now showing many duplicates of the same event on the same day.
When I try to open one of the events I get the message "Can't open this

Hi
I'm using Outook 2003.
I have had a repeating 1hr appointment every Thursday (since April
2010) with no end date.
When I do a search for the item, the resulting list view shows every
appointment but only up to Jan 27th.
However if I go into a day, week or month view I see all the repeating
entries after 27th Jan.
The text I search for is the same in the all entries.
Every time I synch my Blackberry, it wants to delete all past appointments.
I need to keep this information - how do I set this up? I've already changed
the option on the blackberry to keep appointments forever, but I don't see
where you do that with outlook 2003.
Does anyone have a solution to the previous post? I have found myself in the same situation. Or did the original person that posted this situation identify a work around?
Thanks!

Is it possible to remove the meeting time from a monthly calendar print and
only show the meeting title?
1 - Change your view to the Folders List at bottom
2 - Right click on the Calendar Icon
3 - Choose Advanced Find
4 - Change Search option to Subject and Notes Fields
5 - Search for entry
6 - When found delete it (ignore error)
7 - Close and re-open MS Outlook

Hi,
we are moving from Office 2003 to Office 2010 (with exchange 2003 on the

We noticed that in Outlook 2010 you can open someone else's calendar even

Is there a way to disable this feature?

I hope this makes sense.

Hello,
I would like to add a calendar invitation to an email, so users can add a

Is there a way to search mulitple calendars? For instance, in our office the

appointment, is there an easier/faster way to do this?
Try Start Run Outlook.exe /resetnavpane.

Had the same problem, fixed it by - Start - Run - Outllok.exe /resetnavpane. Everything came back to normal except I had to manually re-open other peoples shared calendars.

Hello,
(Outlook 2010) A user is forwarding to 10 people a recurring meeting
invite. The users receive 1 recurring meeting invite for the duration but
then seperate invites for each day the meetings will occur (11). We can't
identify the setting or what the problem is.

I have a similar problem. We have Outlook 2007 and WinXP SP3. About 3 weeks ago, we could print a range of 12 months. Now we can only print 2-month ranges. When you select any 3 months, Outlook "protests" and closes. We can, however, print any one month at a time, but that is time consuming. The printing of ranges errors out whether we print the Outlook Calendar to a regular printer, or if we
