we have outlook 10 there are 6 different doctors on our calendar. When I
go to make an apointment. I click on the doctors name and calender I want
and it comes up with last viewed calendar and doctor I am presently
wanting to work with. Is there anyway to stop both calendars coming up.
Just click on the one you want and have it come up and the other one be
gone. It takes two clicks to get to proper calendar seems like a great
systen for error. It makes it more time consuming to have to make sure
you have clicked two time and check to make sure you have up proper
calender. Do we need to change settings to correct this?
