I'm unable to send out emails and told to enter an adddress or a name will be used. However there ARE addresses clearly visible. I noticed that if I click on the SMPT so the 'OK' button becomes active - then the address will send. I don't want to click on 2500 addresses to 'activate' them......id there another way or is this not the problem?

Hi all, I use Outlook contacts as my centralised address book. When I save a contact, I usually save their full names. However, when I send an email, I would prefer not to have their name shown at all in the "to field" when they receive it. It would be best if the "to field" only shows the email address, instead of the name and email address, like this What I

When syncing my iPhone within iTunes, I get an error that says "MobileSync has stopped working" and I am required to close out of the program. Songs seem to sync fine, but my contacts from MSFT Outlook do not come across. I've un- and re-installed Outlook, as well as iTunes to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks!

I thought this would be easy to do. I send one-off emails to people a lot. I do not want to add them to my contact list but every time i try to send to someone who is not on my email list i am forced to go to my contacts list, add the person to the list and then i can send the email. I then have to go into my contacts list and delete the new addition. Surely there must be an easy way

I realize that once I start a new contact, it's very simple to check the box for mailing address next to the home address. I am importing records from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and it is hard-coded to synch the address1 fields into whatever is marked as the mailing address. So it's putting my client's home address into the business record.
