Hello, since the last reinstallation of my Windows XP and the Office 2003, I seem to have an auto compressing feature for pictures that I insert in the body of an outgoing email. I have a signature with jpeg banner (edited in Word) which is normal when I write the email, but is heavily compressed and having compressing artifacts when it arrives and is displayed in the Sent folder. Good Morning! The "new" flagging that came with Outlook 2003 continues to challenge me and I just figured out a good workaround, if it's possible. In Thunderbird, I found a way to colour not just the font, etc., the way Outlook does (in Organizing), but also how to to highlight rows in the colour of our choice. I'm hoping to duplicate that kind of colour row highlighting in Outlook.

The thing that has been missing in Outlook since O2K's outlook bar is how easy it was to navigate to folders. I had key root folders in the Outlook bar and by clicking on an item, it would actually _take_ you there in the folder tree so that then finding a subfolder was a snap. Since O2K and the demise of the OB, I've always had the devil of a time navigating the folders. I'm an admin

Howdy, hope someone has encountered this before. We recently deployed a workflow & document tracking system for an internal customer. One of the system features is the ability to send messages from the system via Outlook. These messages use message templates that pull in data from the system. For a long time (years) I've always used the "Send To" "Email Recipient" to copy files as an email attachment in Outlook. It has performed flawlessly until yesterday. Now this routine puts the file into the Outlook outbox, but it does not show up in the outbox. When I hit "send" I see the file being sent and a phone call to the recipient confirms that they got the file, but it does

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Windows 7. I'd like to synch it with my iPhone 4S, using the iCloud. When I try it, I wind up with a bunch of tabbed calendars called "PocketMirror". I spoke with Apple Tech and they have no idea where that comes from. A long time ago, I used a Palm Pilot, and I believe I synched it with whatever version of Outlook I was using in those distant years.
