How can you delete an identity from outlook express when you do not know the password?

Is it possible to set up Outlook or Outlook Express so that multiple users can share a single email account? They need to be able to read emails as well as send. thanks.

In Outlook Express, jpeg attachaments appeared below the text of the email. Is there a way to do this in Outlook without having to click on each attachment one at a time. Thanks

Have windows XP. Problem with Outlook Office XP. I can read messages, but I can't write e-mail. When I click to write e-mail the window for writing becomes minimized on the bottom. When I click on the iconized square it flashes and does not maximize. thanks for your help!

I have some Access97 databases on my hard-drive that I would like to copy on CD. They open fine from the c-drive (and I can edit them) but as soon as I copy them to CD and try to open them, Access says that its unrecognizable format and its read-only. How do I burn these files to CD while turning off any read-only attributes?

the setup panels for email in outlook and outlook express seem identical but is there some sublt difference that would explain why outlook express works ok and outlook only sends email, it won't receive, for the exact same mail server?? i ask because i have cable that just switched from att to comcast. under att both outlook and oe worked, now oe works but outlook email with the exact

Hotbar might not be the cause of your problem, but it is BAD BAD BAD. It is spyware and causes lots of problems wherever it raises it's ugly head. To complete get rid of it (and all the other spyware that's probably on your computer) download AdAware and SpyBotS&D. Use them both. You'll be amazed at how much spyware you've got. I'm running Outlook 2002 and each time I hit Send and Receive it brings up the "Enter Network Password" Window. I enter the password and put a check in the save password box. I have even gone into the e-mail account setup and entered my password there, but each time I re- open Outlook, it is not there and I have to re-enter my password each time I collect my mail. Any suggestions?

I am trying to send out 225-250 emails at once using the BCC (with nothing in the TO: line). I send out a broadcast email to members of our auto racing series. I know this can be done... others in our series has sent out emails to all these people at once without any problems... using the same list I have. I can send 94 at once, but not the full group. What it s the limit?

I recently upgraded from Outlook Express on Windows 98 to Microsoft Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. I send client drawings via e-mailed GIFS everyday, but I can't view them in the e-mail I have sent. I think the emails by mistake have been moved to the TOP level. Right click on you Personal Folder and choose "advanced find" and then find the email, you will find it there. Attachments are not supported in mail merges. When I send a deferred e-mail, the message will show it was received on the day it was created. I want the message to be received from the deferred delivery date. If a message is deferred for 1 week, anything that was received prior to the deferred message will show on the inbox before the deferred message. e.g. If I download 3 messages from my POP3 account I have 3 messages in my inbox and the new messages also show in my Unread Mail folder. If I delete these messages from my inbox and delete them from the deleted messages folder they still stay in my unread mail folder but I can't delete or move them.

Even though an email shows successfully sent in my sent folder it often does not get to the recipient. This seems to happen when I have outlook open, then get disconnected from the internet. When I reconnect it to the internet outlook sends the emails fine, but they often dont arrive at the other end. I have to close outlook before reconnecting then reopon outlook. Is this a problem

I've seen quite a few PCs that take a long time for Outlook to open. Sometimes, it will show the window that says "Requesting data", or even "Retry or Work Offline". Once the users get into Outlook everything is just fine. How can I back up Outlook folders onto my harddisc (private drew). We have Microsoft Exchange Server but we would like to make a copy of our folders - automatically if it's possible - in our own harddisc.
