Hello I have installed outlook 2007 including business manager. Today I added my mail address as an IMAP account and it worked fine, however, I have the following problems now: 1) The IMAP is not the standard account which means that the system has made a seperate account for me which I do not need 2) Since I closed down Outlook this afternoon and reopened it the system writes

I tried repeatidly to install pfbackup.exe and constantly tells me thas it has detected a previuos installed version (which is not true) and asks me to uninstall by answering Yes to the subsequent question. The Windows installer pops up, I click yes, and it then returns "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed" --Dah!! I am stuck in this loop. Nothing

I would like to be able to have 2 copies of mail saved in Outlook, so mail can be simultaniously be opened on 2 computers with the same email address. Is this possible?

when i open outlook i get a message saying outlook has encountered an error and needs to shut down. i say ok and the program shuts down and restarts with the same error message. i've gone to resore points twice prior to the error appearing and that has done nothing to resolve the problem. what do i do next?

Outlook 2007 on MS Windows 7 does not import gmail to in-box. All Mail and other gmail folders contain email in Outlook 2007. Gmail downloads into iPhone but not to in-box of Outlook 2007. Previously using MS Windows Vista and MS Outlook 2003 with no issues accessing gmail to iphone and in-box of outlook 2003.

I now have a total outlook size of no more than 2.0 GB. I am n where near the 20 gb size for Outlook 2007 professional. I have a 500 GB hard drive that is only 40% full on my laptop. I use Windows 7 Ultimate. Total = 1474364 KB is size of folder screen Can you help? Thank you.

My screen saver keeps turning on when using Outlook. I can be in the middle of typing a email and it will constantly go to the screen saver picture. I have the screen saver set to activate after 15 minutes of inactivity. Why does this do this??? Are there other places to adjust??

I have just started being unable to send messages in Outlook. I can receive them however. If I reinstall Outlook (from Enterprise 2007), will I still have all of my contacts and past emails and such still there? If not, what should I do to save them?

I am using WINXP Home, Office 2003 and have just installed Outlook 2007. But as I have setup my email accounts while synchronising from my pop accounts it always gives me an error message Error Message: The required file naCmnLib.dll ca not be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again. I have reinstalled it several times but no use. Need help resolving this issue.

Running W7\HP\32bit Outlook went grey and I got the message "it stopped running"....and you see the green bar ....it says it is looking for a fix. Is it possible to add multiple PST Files at once? I just rec'd a new pc for work but all of my pst files from my old pc were not loading into Outlook ( I have a lot). I know how to add once pst at a time but I am looking for a way to add multiple pst files at once or would be even be happy with a drag & drop solution. (I am working in Outlook 2007.)

After installation I show 2 new files (Calendar & Tasks) in addition to my Personal Folders file and a second file for an IMAP e-mail account. They are on the top folder level. I tried using Outlook as my email client on my desktop and also connecting that email address on my Palm windows phone. The problem was that it downloaded the messages to my phone, then deleted them from Outlook. Is there a way to configure Outlook to keep a copy of the email as well as send it to the phone?

I installed Norton Antivirus two weeks ago and since then I'm not able anymore to startup Outlook. A friend of mine discoverd that in the Application Data no more pst.file was available. Hello, I've been using Outlook Express 6. With the new Windows SP3 I decided to try Outlook 2003 SP3. Outlook 2003 copied all emails into the inbox folder (about 900 of them). Within Outlook Express I had the messages in subfolders of the inbox. Also, contacts were not brought over either. Help! We are running Windows XP SP3. We are in the process of moving from Office 2003 to 2007 (2010 is not an option - don't ask!). Just lost my Windows XP computer. But my files were backed-up on ClickFree hard drive. My new computer is Windows 7 and I loaded my Microsoft Office XP Small Business onto my Windows 7 computer. for some reason outlook has thrown a wobbly and is telling me to reinstall (tried starting in safe mode but told me files were missing and again to reinstall) - however I cannot see how to do this via the office 2007 pro disk? Could someone help please? simple instructions, thank you!

I just reloaded my computer (XP), installed Office (2003), and restored my data (.pst files and Signatures). I'm trying to recover my previous safe senders list, but I can't find where the entries are stored. I did not export the list before the reload. I have evidently mistyped some data for MS Outlook when setting up an exchange account during a new install. The application completed the first run of the install but when it restarted it can not get past the splash for Configuring Outlook.
