this happened last time I ran microsoft updates and somehow when I called microsoft they wanted to charge me $49.99 to solve the problem. For whatever reason I told them I did a recent update so they waived the fee. When they looked at my computer remotely it majically got fixed by itself. Once again I ran updates a few days ago and now my outlook smtp and pop setting window keeps popping up

Is there a way to include or add an add-in command in the home ribbon? It's a terrible nuisance to be forced to open an especific tab in order to execute a given command you access frequently (like my antispam). This problem did not occur in Office 2007. Please advice.

I have a customized stationary template add-in which works fine until I try to add in a signature at the close of an email. First it takes the entire body into the header color bar and then when I try to undo, the application crashes. This worked fine in 2003 version but now I have to manually enter a signature. Any thoughts or suggestions?
