I opened up my Programs and Features menu thru my Control Panel. I uninstalled the connector for my outlook, it was from Oracle. Once that was done I used my outlook without it. The e-mail account I was setting up stated that I needed the connector, however I found that without it I was able to connect to it. With the connector however I was not able to because of that "beautiful" error message above... Gotta love some of this stuff! Hopefully if you have not already tried this it will work for you like it did me.
