I just wanted to comment that I've been searching for this answer for literally months. Since Exchange 2010 was released you can no longer setup a activesync device to pull in mail fdrom the 'administrator' account. Anyway I setup a seperate email account on all my clients exchange server and had the mail forwarded that was addresed to administrator to the seperate account which I setup on my mobile device. When I went to setup these seperate accounts (using the same user names/displaynames and email names, in Outlook 2010 they all dumped into one inbox. Not nice at all. I tried changing all the names, addresses whatever I could and nothing worked. After reading this I deleted the extra accounts and set them up again in AD with a different middle initial each time. I then created the exchange mailboxes and changed the display names, etc to have the correct middle initial. All the accounts setup correctly in Outlook. This is great!

I then used Backup Exec and did a redirect restore of all mail, calendar items, etc from the administrastor account at each company to the alternate account, done!

Thanks for posting this!
