Hello, I have Outlook 2007. (and all the latest updates) When I print 1 email, the email is printed fine... Also when I select 2, 3 or 4 emails at the same time they're printed fine. But when I select 5 emails and try to print them, the first one is printed fine, but all the others are printed very small. So small that they are unreadable. Kind regards, Hielke --

This has probably been discussed to death by now. I use Outlook 2007 to keep track of reservations at my motel. Works great except for one problem. When printing the weekly view the font is so small I need a magnifying glass to see it. Increasing the font size in "page setup" doesn't do anything. Can you print sent e-mails showing the 'bcc' contacts in Windows XP? It's very frustrating that you can see the list on your screen but print preview and print will not list them.

Hello, We have a MS Small Business Server 2003 with all the network printers installed and shared through the active directory. All the users can search for that printer in the active directory. I have a user that is running Office 2007 on a Win XP SP2 pc. She can successfully print a multipage document from all Office 2007 Pro Plus programs except Outlook. When she prints a multiple page email, it prints page 1 only. Windows 7, Outlook 2007 I print a message and outlook will crash sending an error report. It started after some updates over the weekend. I reinstalled office and it worked fine. It installed the updates again and the problem came back. It looks like an update is breaking it. It happens about 99% of the time.

When I have text in a email string (for example a disclaimer) that does not rap to the next line like the other text in the email. When I go to print, it prints out in very small print. I know this is happening because of the line of text that does not "rap" to the next line. But how can I fix it with I go to print? Someone told me to go to "page setup" and uncheck "shrink-to-fit"

Printing from Outlook 2007 to a network shared printer is EXTREMELY SLOW. It can take 15 minutes to print a 12 page email conversation. Outlook 2003 does not have this problem. For the emails I receive or sent out, I used to have the attachments shown as a file name below the 'Subject' line when i print them out. After I formatted the drive and restalled my outlook 2000, the attachments are shown as icons at the bottom or somewhere in the body of the email. Hi, I have little issue with one computer running xp pro sp3 + outlook 2003. The problem is that when user start printing from outlook or IE8 the print dialog doesn't appear. Printing from any other program is working. I've found one solution with registering regsver32 vbscript.dll and regsvr32 jscript.dll and that doesn't help. Do you have any other idea? Thanks, Mike

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003. When he prints a plain text email it shows someone else's name on the coversheet when he prints to a network printer (message style). All of the HTML emails print correctly with his name on the coversheet. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks.

I see this has been an issue for some time with IE7 and Outlook 2003. Printing is tiny on random emails. Changing to plain text is not an option, must be HTML. Shrink to fit is also not working. Anyone actually have a solution for this?

When opening a mail sometimes the userproperties are visible within the body. Printing in this case is causing a print with very tiny fonts (in an user property is put a very large ID). How do I prevent showing the userproperties? Most of the time the userproperties aren't shown and there's no problem. It's not very reproducable, but very annoying.
