Hello, I have one client with Outlook 2002. When he prints e-mails, the text does not automatically wrap. Consequently, a one page e-mail takes two pages to print and is broken at the truncation point. I could swear I have set this wrap setting on another machine but I can't remember where I did it. Please advise, Rusty Hundt, MCSE

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 for calendaring. I have created several calendars - one for work, and some for other purposes such as planning the schedule for our soccer team. I had hoped to be able to print calendars individually (eg the soccer schedule for distribution to the team) and then print all my various schedules (work, soccer, school) combined. Amazingly, although you can

Hi. One of our users is having a problem where he cannot print emails that are in his inbox. If we choose a calendar item and print that all is fine. In an email we click File > Print - nothing happens. the menu goes away as if you never clicked it. When usually it would pop up with the printing window allowing you to change printer and settings. I have uninstalled Office

I use Microsoft Windows XP Professional and a Canon Pixma ip 3000 printer. The printer will only print half the colours it should, even though there is no indication that any ink cartridge is empty. I have tried cleaning three times, then deep cleaning. But the nozzle check still shows the first three rows all right (ie rows 3eBK in black, 6c in blue and 6C in blue, with nothing for

The setting for the hours to Print From: and Print To: on the Daily style of printing do not carry over when I switch to Tri-Fold printing style. In that case, it prints from 7am to 6pm by default. How do I change the Print From: and Print To: settings in Tri-Fold calender printing?

This is unacceptable. You can not select pages to print or repint. When I try to print the entire file - it shows more pages in the print queue than there actually are there and quits printing before it completes the job. Very frustrating ! Any suggestions ?

I have Office 2003. When I attempt to print an email w/ MS Word attachment(s), I get frequent printing errors. Any text in the body of the e-mail (or other attachments like pdf's) print just fine, but The Word attachement(s) often print out incomplete, or as as a single page with one random character at the top. When I open the attachments they open as "Read-Only." They will often

Hello, all. I have a client with a problem: When list items formatted as numbers are printed, the spacing moves. For Example: 1. hello --->becomes---> 1.hel lo 2. good-bye--->becomes---> 2.goo d-bye Any suggestions on how to fix this? The e-mails look fine on the screen; it's only when printed to things go awry. The client is using Outlook 2002 with SP3, Win XP SP2.

I have users that print emails with tracking info included. A recent update seems to have changed the way Outlook 2007 prints it. For example, a short email with the tracking info used to print on one page. Now, the 'tracking' title prints at the bottom of the page and prints the tracking info on a seperate page. I have checked all of the Outlook settings, print & printer settings,

I have experienced the same issue that others have reported, namely the Calendar Printing Assistant crashes fairly regularly, making it unusable. I am in need of a decent calendar printing solution, one that will print a simple monthly calendar like Outlook 2003. The styles offered in Outlook 2007 and in the new Assistant are awful. Why aren't the styles modifiable? Why aren't the

I have been trying for several weeks to overcome the problem with printing an e-mail message, and any previous solution hasn't worked. Previously I was instructed to run regsvr32%windir%\system32\ole32.dll. and this was refused to be accepted by my computer. A user wants to print multiple emails in date order. Selecting multiple emails and then choosing Print... from the context menu results in the emails being printed in a seemingly random order, instead of them being printed in the order in which they're shown on screen. The user is not printing any attachments.

Faxes Sent to British Diplomatic/Legal logs During the 1998-2000 period my records indicate that I sent at least 3,642 faxes to diplomatic and legal offices located in the British isles, of which 3,345 went via TPC's email-to-fax service and 297 were sent via fax-modem direct from my computer. You can fix this issue if you use a third party addin: Savvisoft have released Blueprint for Outlook Basic edition, an addin for Outlook which has been designed to simply enable you to reduce paper usage. As part of this, Blueprint enables you to select part of a message and print it whilst still retaining all the usual header information. For more information and a free evaluation
