Okay, so recently our department upgraded to Vista and Office 2007. Our user has a task of printing all of the emails in one of our public exchance mailboxes which he's never had any problem with when we were on Windows XP and Office 2003. Im having some problems when printing a jpg-file via "Print Attached files. Attachments will........". The attachedment doesent print. Found that when the message is in HTML format, we can't configure memo style settings (File -> Print -> choose "memo style", all settings are greyed out). Any hotfix to solve this issue?
