Okay, so recently our department upgraded to Vista and Office 2007. Our user
has a task of printing all of the emails in one of our public exchance
mailboxes which he's never had any problem with when we were on Windows XP
and Office 2003. Now, when he attempts to print all emails from that public
mailbox, it will randomly stop printing.
Typically, there are about 100 emails -

On the server, the administrator assigns a print queue name and an IP

On the other hand, why do we need the LPD queue name if we send the print
job to printer's IP address?

Hi,
I have a problem with Outlook 2003. The program won't print HTML mails in

The odd thing is, when I reply or forward (or any form of editing) the mail
and I print the mail when I edit it, it prints in color.
I have tried multiple printers, HP 7580, PDF-printer, all print in
I want to put the color coded categories in the header or footer of a
calendar so thers getting a printed copy of the calendar understand the

Anyoone know how to do this??

Anyone know of a fix for this?

Hi.
Since moving to Outlook 2007 when I print an email to a printer that is
setup to print to a file I get 2 boxes asking for the filename. In 2003 it
worked fine. To clarify, I'm not ticking the print to file tickbox, I'm
printing to a printer that's port is set to file. I've tried different
printer drivers but without success.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance

Is Microsoft going to solve this or provide alternatives to get this right?

Hi,
when I make a print in the calendar per month in Outlook 2007, than I just
can see the first few letters per date, which is printed in just one single
line. The rest of the text is being cut, so that I can't see it any more. In
Outlook XP I did not have this problem, because OL XP was going to print the
date in SEVERAL lines, if the text was longer than one line. In OL 2007 I

Hi folks,
Using Outlook 2003 on XP.
On one system if I print an HTML email with attachments, the list of
attachments appears on the printed email.
On another system, if I do the same thing the email prints, but without any
reference to the attachments.
Any ideas why?
Thanks

Our office recently upgraded to outlook 2007 and the printing functions are
not suited for our current need. We like to print weekly calendars that show

I'm using Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007: In an email message when printing, at
the top is a default header with the account user's name. Is there a way to
exclude the name when printing the message?
Is there a way to do this in 2007, I know there was a way in 2003. If not,
then is there an addin for this feature? Please let me know.
After doing a search for a certain category in tasks(to-do list), Outlook
can't print or print preview the searched results. Is there a solution, or
is this a bug-feature ?

I have users that print emails with tracking info included. A recent update
seems to have changed the way Outlook 2007 prints it. For example, a short
email with the tracking info used to print on one page. Now, the 'tracking'
title prints at the bottom of the page and prints the tracking info on a
seperate page. I have checked all of the Outlook settings, print & printer
settings,
