Is there an easy way to create a list of values in excel and then link to this list in the dropdown box "Possible Values" in an Outlook form? I have one dropdown box that will have many values and may change from time to time so I don't want to have to type them in with a colon every time, especially while I am developing the form for the first time.

We are having a problem with our forms. I am able to load the forms that were designed in outlook 2003. However when you try to open a form that was sent through email and saved in 2003 we can not get them to pull up with office 2007, it will just look like a blank saved email. I'm using O2003. In many of my fields (Outlook default) and custom fields, pressing CTRL+A does not work. If I right click, "Select All" is disabled. The only field in which Select All does work in is notes. Any idea why Select All is disabled and possibly to enable it? Shawn

I am trying to move a folder to another location from within a custom form. Executing the MoveTo function I get the error : "Cannot copy this folder because it may contain private items". Is this because the folder I am trying to move contains the custom form that I have open, and am executing the code from ? Another reason ? I can drag and drop this folder to it's new location

I'm using Outlook 2003 and using a custom form. In this custom form I have the same item level fields as I do in the form level fields. I have no folder level fields. I want to be able to merge starting with Outlook and selecting a Word document to merge into. The only way I can see that this will work is with folder level fields.
