I got hit by a nasty virus back about a year ago and had to rebuild the system. When I set everything back up again I copied the outlook folder across to get my pst file, but it didn't transfer my account settings with it. Where is that particular file stored so I can copy it across? And since a former roommate swiped my Office 2003 disk I'm now suffering with 2007, so will that file

Hello All, I am working on a Macro for Outlook 2010 that will save and stripe attachments from my emails. I found this code on the internet and it works great, except I want to be able to append the date and time to the end of the file name when it saves to my computer. I am not sure where or what to put in here to make it do that. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hopefully someone can help me on this one, really confused. I created an email template in Outlook 2007 using Arial Font 10pt. Does anyone know of a way to identify emails (incoming and outgoing) that are a mix of internal company recipients and external? i.e.: 1) Outgoing emails from me that contain even a single recipient outside my company (internal address are all xxx@mydomain.com) (whether To, CC or BCC) 2) Incoming emails to me that contain even a single other recipient from outside my company

I'm trying to move all my Outlook 2003 data from the PC's system drive to a "Data" drive. I am using a POP3 mail provider, not anything Microsoft. Looks to me like everything (sent mail, received mail, and contacts/address book) is in a single .PST file - which I have successfully moved to the "Data" drive. Have I got it right? How do I send an email to multiple contacts without all names being disclosed? I assume a distribution list is created, but I want the e-mail to be sent, individually, with just one person's name on it, not the name of the distribution list. Thank you.

Hi, Has anyone come accross the problem whereby when you cut and paste attachments (let's say 2) in a new HTML email that you have created into another blank HTML email it actually just duplicates the the contents of the first attachment into the second but keeps the file name?
