I also have a problem, but couldn't find a solution here, maybe anyone
can help?

The issue: a SBS 2003 lost its complete IIS configuration and
metabase. Already tried several ways of reinstalling companyweb,
server tools, intranet etc. but none succeeded.

My idea: SBS setup creates all these entries like RWW, intranet,
companyweb etc. automatically on startup. So I'm looking for a way to
re-run these scripts that run during setup and create the entries and
files. As there is no data that is lost, but the functionality from
RWW and connectcomputer is strongly missing, I need to get them back.

I also tried to setup a new SBS (same name, IP etc.), and copy the
metabase, but this doesn't work too, maybe due to some IDs like LAN
Card Hashes etc.

Re-installing from SBS Setup doesn't help, this is what I tried first.
